Terms

Your Files

Your files are yours. We claim no rights to them and use them only to run Folder for you (see privacy). You can leave at any time with Settings › Delete Account.

Your Own Cloudflare

If you connect your own Cloudflare account, what Folder sets up there runs under your agreement with Cloudflare, and Cloudflare bills you for it.

Fair Use

Folder is free with 5 GB. More space and extra features will be paid, and we’ll say so before anything changes. Don’t use Folder for anything illegal or abusive; we can remove such content and suspend the account.

The Service

Folder is provided as is, without warranties. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months.

Who We Are

Folder is run by System Operator LLC. Using Folder means you agree to these terms; if they change, this page shows the new date. Questions: anton@systemoperator.com.
