# Terms

The terms for using Folder.

## Your Files

Your files are yours. We claim no rights to them and use them only to run Folder for you (see [privacy](/privacy)). You can leave at any time with Settings › Delete Account.

## Your Own Cloudflare

If you connect your own Cloudflare account, what Folder sets up there runs under your agreement with Cloudflare, and Cloudflare bills you for it.

## Fair Use

Folder is free with 5 GB. More space and extra features will be paid, and we'll say so before anything changes. Don't use Folder for anything illegal or abusive; we can remove such content and suspend the account.

## The Service

Folder is provided as is, without warranties. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months.

## Who We Are

Folder is run by System Operator LLC. Using Folder means you agree to these terms; if they change, this page shows the new date. Questions: [anton@systemoperator.com](mailto:anton@systemoperator.com).
