- your files live in your cloudflare account — we are never in the data path.
- a few small workers in your account, tagged and removable; uninstall deletes every trace.

- your buckets in finder, the files app, and the web — one sign-in, no api tokens.
- drag a file into finder, the url is on your clipboard.
- a file still uploading is already openable on your other devices.
it remembers
- every overwrite and delete kept and restorable — the history r2 doesn't have.
- every change says who made it: you, another device, another app.
it shares
- share a file with a link, a password, an expiry — the link lives on your own account.
- invite someone by link or QR — the folder appears in their finder, no cloudflare login ever.
- don't have cloudflare? a folder on folder.dev works the same, and moves to your account whenever you want.
