# About

Folder is made by Anton. The other apps by the same maker.

It is for people who want their files as a real folder in Finder, the Files app and the web: on Folder, or in their own Cloudflare account.

Why now: R2 storage is cheap and has no egress fees, and a folder is the easiest thing for both you and AI agents to work with. Folder is inspired by [Tinydot](https://tinydot.com/?ref=folder) and Dropbox.
